"Anna is smashing girl, great fun and really easy to work with - the word professional springs to mind." Stu Francis

"I had the pleasure of working alongside Anna in 'Aladdin' at the Forum Theatre, Billingham 07/08. My time working with Anna is a a highlight of my career sofar. Anna was able to find the perfect balance of professionalism, fun and friendship. Not only was I impressed with her range and ability, but gained a true friend in the industry. She is the consumate professional; a perfectionist, diligent but relaxed, versitile and reliable. A pleasure to work with, and be around from opening night to final curtain." Matthew James Turnbull - Aladdin

"There wasn’t an actress that could do the stuff that Anna did for Tomb Raider Ascension. Stood in freezing cold water (3 degrees) for half an hour going under the water on various takes, fighting with one of the strongest men in the world and having him resting on top of her for twenty minutes, blasting a hummer through the Forest of Dean, getting into more cold water in the waterfall, fighting and rolling on solid stone with no mat, crawling through a hole in a cave that she could barely squeeze through and all of this for no money and over a six day grueling schedule, the girls a warrior and if people like her or not, as Lara, she’s done one hell of a job. If they think I put in the hours for this film, trust me she has put in more and I am certainly very lucky to have her. There could have been many times on the walk through of the locations or even on the day Anna could have said ‘I’m not doing that!’ or even on the day just physically being unable to do it because what I was asking of her was quite a lot most of the time but she thrives on challenges. I envy her because she has no fear, well let me rephrase, everyone has fear its just some people invite it in and become it’s friend and find a way of overcoming it. Anna’s got this rare quality. She has a firm understanding of the film set and film language which makes her very easy to work with.
I’ve been fortunate to work with her on two films now. I look forward to the third." Stephen Reynolds

“I also met the company's stage manager for this date – Anna Tyrie.  Last year she was part of the shows cast.  On this night she was one of the most dedicated and delightful stage managers you could wish to meet.  Look after her Ed – She's a great asset.” PGF (Encore Magazine)

“Also outstanding in a superb company is Anna Tyrie, as Charlotte – speaking with unhurried, clipped deliberation and blank but somehow purposeful facial expressions.” John Slim (Birmingham Mail)
